The BHS Bad Homburger Servicegesellschaft mbH is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Deutsche Leasing Group and provides a comprehensive range of services to support the business operations of Bad Homburger Inkasso GmbH (BHI) and its lawyers.
In its capacity as a corporate division of BHI, the company provides, among other things, the entire IT infrastructure and technology as well as the requisite staff and other logistics services. BHI is registered as an approved debt collection agency and provides the legal framework for the performance of debt collection services. This means that not only the business risk but also the responsibility largely lies in the hands of Deutsche Leasing, principal shareholder of BHI and sole shareholder of BHS.
In BHI and its associated service company, BHS, Sparkasse-Finanzgruppe can depend on competent partners to address the value-added processes involved in accounts receivables and securities management.
The business model ensures that almost all income generated remains within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
